Started in food, not marketing. After co-founding a shawarma cart and launching a cloud kitchen, Nandish moved to Canada and continued working inside restaurants while studying marketing. That time on the floor shaped his approach. While working with another agency, he developed content strategies for restaurants including DaiLo, Sotto Sotto, Ricarda's, and WVRST, experience that led him to co-found Crumb Media, an agency built specifically for restaurants.
A social media strategist and videographer with roots in Delhi, Devesh has built content across Toronto's F&B and lifestyle scene. Combining hands on production with a deep understanding of social platforms, he focuses on creating high impact content that captures attention and drives real growth for restaurants.

Thanks for reaching out. You'll hear from us very soon. We can't wait to learn about your restaurant.
Toronto is packed with fried chicken spots, and new ones keep opening every year. In a city where everyone claims to have the best crunch, the biggest portions, or the spiciest chicken, it becomes incredibly difficult for a brand to stand out.
For Chen Chen's, the challenge wasn't the food. The product was already strong. The challenge was breaking through the noise of dozens of similar restaurants and giving people a reason to choose this spot over the many other fried chicken options in the city.
We leaned into what actually made Chen Chen's different: their Szechuan-style fried chicken. Instead of blending into the typical Nashville hot chicken content online, we highlighted the bold flavors and unique identity of the product.
At the same time, the page lacked a strong connection with its audience. To change that, we brought more real faces and personalities onto the camera, showing the people behind the food, the kitchen moments, and interactions with customers.
Combined with a reels-first approach, we created highly engaging content around the crunch, spice, sauce, and energy of the restaurant. This helped the brand feel more human, more memorable, and easier for people to connect with.
